Chris Chalik is a London based illustrator, Comics artist.
Originally he comes from Poland, born into a family with German and Russian roots.
His work is characterized by dark, anxious and mysterious vibe. We can see in his illustrations huge influence of his favorite artists such as David Lynch, Alfred Hitchcock, Alfred Kubin or Philip K. Dick.
His work has been published in some polish magazines such as ‘Cos na Progu’, ‘Bluszcz’.
He co-operates with advertising agencies in Poland working mainly on storyboards for TV commercials.
He is also co-author of ‘Shadow Healer’ the graphic novel which has been published in USA by Monofonus Press an Austin-based record label and multimedia organization.
His work has been exhibited twice in Poland.
